Project space
As part of the membership agreement, our members have free use of both studio’s project space and communal space, and they are encouraged to use them as much as possible, whether it’s for exhibitions, photo shoots, filming or anything else to assist with their work.
As part of the 2020 building plans, the project space has been combined with the residency studio, to become a multi-use space. During residency periods, it transforms - through moveable walls - into a partitioned studio. During the rest of the year, it will revert to a larger project space, to be used by Members or as a rentable space.
We also have a communal space, suitable for small workshops or meetings.
Our spaces are available to artists, creatives and anyone wishing to exhibit their work, host a workshop, a photo shoot, a community group activity, or a small social event. Both spaces can be hired by the day or week. Our project space is located on the ground floor and the communal space, on the first floor.
Rates
Project space (ground floor, suitable for exhibitions and events, capacity: 30 people standing / 20 people seating):
Individuals: £30/ day - £100 week
Non-profit and charities : £50/ day - £250/week
Organisations and groups: £75 /day - £300/week
Communal Space (first floor, suitable for workshops or meetings around our large table, capacity: 10 - 12 people seating)
Individuals: £25/ day - £80 week
Non-profit and charities : £30/ day - £200/week
Organisations and groups: £70 /day - £275/week
Both Project Space and Communal Space:
Individuals: £60/ day - £200 week
Non-profit and charities : £80/ day - £350/week
Organisations and groups: £100 /day - £400/week
