Christie Drozdowski
Writer
Christie Drozdowski runs the Online Writing Community, a space on the internet and in her local community for writers of any level with or without experience. She runs and coaches small two-month long writing groups (currently a Short Fiction group and a Mother's group, but will be adding more genres and themes soon) where participants write, develop, and share their work in a nurturing, cosy environment either from the Bon Volks studio communal space or via Zoom. She also hosts workshops to help train, share knowledge, and give aspiring writers connection. She regularly posts writing prompts, tips & tricks, and submission shouts for the community, and offers fun, sometimes collaborative, exercises and opportunities to ask questions and chat through social media. She also shares current writing gigs and pitch opportunities in her e-mail newsletter.
Christie is a Freelance Writer seen in Parents Magazine, Bustle, Romper, Motherly, and Conscious Magazine. She writes poetry, short stories, essays, and aspires to complete a novel. She is a mother to three, a home educator, and is most at home on the beach.
